BoltActive is a premium activewear brand delivering high-performance, stylish gear for people who move with purpose. We handle everything from product quality to international delivery with full care — ensuring a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.
Where are you based?
We are headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with fulfillment centers across global locations. This allows us to deliver quickly and efficiently to customers worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, and more.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. If your country isn't listed during checkout, just drop us a message and we'll assist you directly.
What are the shipping timelines?
Estimated delivery times vary slightly by location:
- 🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–15 business days
- 🇬🇧 UK & 🇦🇺 Australia: 10–18 business days
We'll always provide tracking info and keep you informed of your order status.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow your package in real-time. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days, please email us at boltactive.official@gmail.com.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product is defective or damaged
Items must be unused and in original packaging. To begin the process, email us at boltactive.official@gmail.com with your order details and photos.
How do I choose the correct size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend checking your measurements and comparing them before placing your order. Still unsure? Message us on Instagram or email us — we’ll guide you personally.

We currently accept PayPal for all orders.
PayPal allows you to securely pay using your debit or credit card, or directly through your PayPal account.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, processing may begin and we may not be able to make changes.
What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If the delivery window has passed and there’s no update, contact us at boltactive.official@gmail.com and our team will assist you immediately.
